The Appendix to the Decree lists the marginal minimum prices for various goods, including fresh or chilled bovine carcasses and half-carcasses, frozen bovine carcasses and half-carcasses, other bovine cuts, bone-in, milk and cream products, butter, and cheeses
Prices are provided in both USD and Russian Rubles per kilogram and are differentiated by the country of sale, including EAEU countries, Commonwealth Independent States (except for the EAEU countries), and countries outside the Commonwealth Independent States (except for Georgia)
Specific prices are mentioned for different products, such as:
Fresh or chilled bovine carcasses and half-carcasses from young cattle: $3.5/kg; from adult cattle: $3.4/kg
Other bovine cuts, bone-in: $3.5/kg for young cattle and $3.4/kg for adult cattle
Milk and cream, condensed or with added sugar or other sweetening matter, in powder, granules or other solid forms, of a fat content by weight: 180.0 Russian rubles/kg; without added sugar or other sweetening matter: 360.0 RUB/kg
Butter with a milk fat content of 80% or more: 690.0 Russian rubles/kg; with a milk fat content of more than 72% but less than 80%: 620.0 Russian rubles/kg .
Other cheeses: 410.0 Russian rubles/kg; including specific prices for Serbia
The decree also specifies that for the purposes of applying these prices, both the code of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the EAEU and the name of the goods should be followed
Additionally, certain standards and technical specifications are referenced for the production of these goods”
