New Jersey Assembly Bill 4767: Prohibiting PFAS in Menstrual Products to Protect Public Health

New Jersey Assembly Bill 4767 bans the use of regulated PFAS substances in menstrual products if intentionally added or present at or above 10 parts per million. The bill requires manufacturers to periodically test for PFAS, overseen by the Department of Environmental Protection.
