Insights contain summarized versions of Regulatory Information like policies, guidelines, health authority communications, that are curated by Subject Matter Experts, in a way that is easily usable by the end-user. Insights module gathers information from varied sources, for example, Health Authorities, Regulatory Bodies etc. and are re-purposed to aid in the strategic decision-making purposes.

Requirements for global regulations is often complex and varies with time and geographies. Freyr IMPACT’s GRR module is a database of Queries & Responses of regulatory requirements, neatly categorized and tailored to each market which also enable you to perform cross country analysis.

Currently, Freyr IMPACT has three business models: – Subscription model where you subscribe to the data of your choice, Enterprise model where you can self manage your RI needs, or choose our Custom model that caters to your niche business requirements. Freyr IMPACT is a cloud-based global regulatory database – and currently stores information from more than 120+ countries. If your required country is not on the list, it is likely that you are not subscribed to particular data services for that country.

Freyr IMPACT is a global regulatory intelligence platform and therefore collects information from all major markets including US, Canada, UK, EU etc. Besides, our representatives are present across the globe – either through in-house employees or consultant network – and therefore we are able to collect data from complex, niche markets such as Japan or Korea or Iraq or Guatemala.

Yes, every module of IMPACT has certain export options: Either as PDF or Excel, depending on the data type. All users can export data based on their privilege level.

For certain actions in the Insights and GRR – The relevant users get notified through emails. The list of users receiving notifications is completely configurable and is dependent on actions taken on the system.

Yes, IMPACT can be fully integrated with the existing systems through APIs. Freyr Implementation Team will work closely with Client IT team to smooth out the integration processes.

Software as a service (SaaS) differs from the traditional model because the software (application) is already installed and configured. You can simply provision the server for an instance in cloud, and in a couple hours, you’ll have the application ready for use. This reduces the time spent on installation and configuration and can reduce the issues that get in the way of the software deployment. Yes, while IMPACT can be accessed through on-premises access credentials (E.g., Internal Email ID), we can provide SSO integration capabilities for smooth access, on client demand.

Currently, we don’t support accessing IMPACT through mobile. IMPACT is best accessed through Edge and Chrome on a laptop/desktop with the following minimum requirements:  • Intel Core i5 processor • 4 GB RAM or higher • Intel Core i5 processor • Storage: 160 GB HDD

For data security purposes, we only provide one license per user.

Data is securely stored in our partner web-services cloud i.e., AWS in USA; Data is accessed through MS SQL Server.

You can request a new report through our portal (Request Report Feature). Report costs are usually bundled with the contract or can be charged separately. Please connect with us to know the additional investment you would need to make to access ad-hoc reports.

All fields of IMPACT are completely configurable. Admin with Super User Privilege can add/edit/ modify category groups, templates, etc.

Freyr IMPACT has tailored privilege levels:
1. Admin Super User can access/modify all modules.
2. Content Owners/Workflow participants have restricted modification access.
3. End Users have only read only access. The list of users with varying privilege levels can be customized.

Yes, the ” Compare Report” options allows users to check what’s added and what’s deleted through a side-by-side panel view. Additions are marked in Green while deletions are marked through a red strikethrough.
