   • Substance: 1,1'(1,4-Bis-(diethylamino)hydroxybenzoyl) Benzoyl Piperazine (CAS Number: 919803-06-8).
   • Common Name: Bis(Diethylaminohydroxybenzoyl Benzoyl) Piperazine (nano).
   • Maximum Concentration: 10% in cosmetic products.
3. Qualifications:
   • Purity: The substance must have a purity of at least 97%.
   • Particle Size Distribution: The D50 value should be 50 nanometers (nm) or more.
   • Inhalation Risk: The substance, particularly in its nano form, must not be used in products that may be inhaled to avoid potential inhalation risks.
4. Announcement and Update:
   • The update was officially announced by Somsak Thepsuthin, Minister of Public Health, on 17 June 2024.
