Cosmetic Notification Form (CNF) Requirements:

Information Needed: The CNF must include contact details for the manufacturer, importer, and formulator, the date of first sale in Canada, and details about the product's type, description, and application area.
Ingredient Listing: Ingredients must be listed using INCI names or other approved naming conventions, with additional documentation for restricted ingredients.
Label Consistency: The CNF must accurately match the product label regarding name and ingredients.
Submission Accuracy: The CNF must be reviewed and declared accurate before submission.
