Liability of Individuals in Corporations:

  • If offenses are committed by body corporates or other entities, individuals such as directors or managers can be held liable if the offense was committed with their consent, connivance, or due to their neglect.

Enforcement Powers:

  • Enforcement Officers have the authority to:
    • Enter premises.
    • Take samples.
    • Require documents to be produced during investigations.
