  1. Reporting Requirements:

The Slovenian Ministry of the Economy is responsible for reporting to the European Commission on the regulation’s application.
The first report is due two years after the regulation’s adoption, followed by annual reports.

  1. Manufacturer Liability:

Manufacturers are held liable for the following offenses:
Failing to provide safety instructions.
Not adhering to mandatory safety requirements.
Failing to conduct necessary risk analyses.
Not maintaining compliance with safety standards in mass-produced products.

  1. Penalties for Online Marketplace Providers:

Providers who fail to comply with safety regulations face financial penalties:

  • EUR 2,000 to EUR 15,000 for individual entrepreneurs or self-employed individuals.
  • EUR 1,200 to EUR 4,000 for responsible individuals within the company.
