  • Translation Requirements:
    • Any documents in a language other than Spanish must be translated by a certified public interpreter.
    • Translated documents must be apostilled to be valid.

Specific Documentation Required

  • Solicitud Form:
    • Complete the form generated by the SIACSV2 system after entering the required data.
    • Attach the completed form to both the physical and digital submissions.
  • Sanitary Registration:
    • Provide a PDF image of the sanitary registration or the latest renewal for the imported product.
  • Product Label:
    • Submit a PDF image of the product label for each net content exclusion request.
  • Notarized Authorization:
    • Include a PDF image of the notarized authorization allowing the request for exclusion from the Food and Beverage Safety Directorate.
  • Holder’s Letter:
    • Attach a PDF image of a letter from the product holder authorizing the exclusion of net content.
  • Payment Receipt:
    • Include a PDF image of the payment receipt for the processing fee.
    • Ensure the payment amount and details are verified on the SACS website before submission.

Verification and Authorization

  • All submitted forms and documents will be reviewed and authorized by designated personnel at the Single Ticket Office of the SACS.
